Ounasloma is a family-run business located in Hetta, Enontekiö, on the shores of Lake Ounasjärvi and surrounded by magnificent fell scenery. Our thirteen high-quality cottages are spaciously situated amid nature, offering every guest privacy and uninterrupted views of the surrounding Lapland wilderness. A bird feeder outside the window brings nature even closer, allowing you to watch the local wildlife while enjoying your morning coffee.

Our one-bedroom cottages accommodate up to five guests, while our two-bedroom cottages can accommodate up to eight. Each cottage has a private sauna and a fully equipped kitchen. Accommodation rates are based on the number of guests, and final cleaning is always included.

Our guests have access to a private sandy beach on the shores of Lake Ounasjärvi, with magnificent views of the surrounding fells. Rowing boats, bicycles, kicksleds, a ski maintenance room and outdoor maps are available free of charge – all you need is a sense of adventure.

In Enontekiö, the nature of Lapland begins right outside your cottage door. The peaceful skiing and hiking trails of the Ounastunturi fells, excellent fishing waters, vast grouse-hunting grounds and varied snowmobile routes offer activities throughout the year. You can also take a day trip to the mountains of Norway and the fjords of the Arctic Ocean.
